Pursuant to Rule 704 (11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Venture Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to confirm that there are no persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries, who are relatives of a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of the Company.
