Incorporation Of Subsidiary

| The Board of Directors of Venture Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated Univac Precision Plastics (SIP) Co., Ltd ("Univac Suzhou"), a company incorporated in The People's Republic of China with a registered capital of US$6,200,000 and initial paid-up capital of US$465,500. Univac Suzhou is a wholly owned subsidiary of Univac Design Engineering Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company. The intended activities of Univac Suzhou are to engage in the design and production of plastic injection moulds and the manufacturing and sub-assembly of high precision components. The incorporation of Univac Suzhou will have no material impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year.
