The Directors of Venture Corporation Limited ("the Company") are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 30 April 2004, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notices of AGM and EGM were duly passed.
