Resignation Of Company Secretary

Venture Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Yvonne Choo has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 December 2008. The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Ms Choo for her contributions during her tenure as Company Secretary.

Ms Angeline Khoo remains as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
